Making Mindfulness accessible for everybody

Mindfulness should be accessible to all – not just affluent schools, corporations or well-off individuals. The Present Moment project actively seeks to teach Mindfulness to the most disadvantaged in society.

If we cannot do it for free, then we will find a way to deliver the training affordably.

We work alongside a wide network of community partners in order to reach groups that are usually unable to access Mindfulness training. Through this, we are ensuring that everybody is given the tools they need to stay happy, healthy and well.

If you are interested in partnering with us, or know of any groups that could benefit from Mindfulness training but would ordinarily be unable to afford it, please get in touch!
